Alta Lucille (Langham) Nonnenberg was born on 26 Aug 1885 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States, daughter of Robert Wilse Langham (1854–1925) and Sarah Catherine (Stouffer) Langham (~1857–1915).
Her siblings were:

- Anna Bell (Langham) Boatley (~1877– )
- Harl Benjamin Langham (~1879–1927)
- Sarah (Langham) Long (~1882–1959)
Alta died on 26 Apr 1918 in Homer City, Indiana, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 32.[1] [2] She was buried in Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum, Indiana, Pennsylvania.
In 1900, Alta was living in Pitcairn, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. [3]
Alta married David Elmer Medsker (born in Mar 1865 in Pennsylvania, USA) in 1902. Their known children were:
