François Langlois dit Traversy est né le 27 Octobre 1673 et a été baptisé le 28 Octobre 1673 à La Nativité, Beauport (Québec), Nouvelle-France (QC). Il était le fils de Noël Langlois dit Traversy et de Aymée Caron. [1] [2]

Il a conclu un contrat de mariage avec Jeanne Baugis le 10 Septembre 1696 devant le notaire J. Robert Duprac.

Il a épousé Jeanne Baugis le 17 Septembre 1696 à La Nativité, Beauport (Québec), Nouvelle-France (QC). [3]

Il est décédé et a été inhumé le 22 mai 1748 à l'Hôpital Général de Québec, Québec, Nouvelle-France (QC). [4]

Biography

François Langlois was born 27 Oct 1673 and baptized the next day at Beauport, the son of Noël Langlois and Aimée Caron. [5] At his baptism on 27 Oct 1673 he is identified as the son of "Noel L'anglois and Aymée Caron, _sa femme_," his wife. The godparents were Noel L'anglois and Jeanne L'anglois, wife of René Chevalier, and the officiating priest was Charles Amador Martin (the son of Abraham Martin).[6]

Marriage

François married Jeanne Marie Baugis 17 Sep 1696 at Beauport.[7] [8]
