Charles was born in 1855. He is the son of Thomas Lappington and Ann Keen. [1]
Fanny Maria Tubb and Charles Lappington married on 3 November 1886 in Kempsford, Gloucestershire. Charles was a Shepherd as was his father Thomas. Fanny's father John was a labourer. [2] The couple had no children.
