1773, Feb 6 - Dennis Larke's will is probated in Mecklenburg Co., VA. He gave his daughter Nettie Lark Pennington a negro woman named Nann. This same slave was later given by Edward Pennington to his son Benjamin. [Mecklenburg County Wills, book 1, page 164]
