Joseph Louis Delphis was born on 20 January 1911 in Lawrence, Massachusetts. He was the son of Joseph Lavoie and Georgiana Dodier.[1] He married Cecile Roy on 12 September 1936 in Manchester, New Hampshire.[2] He died on 14 April 1988,[3] and was buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Manchester.[4]
