Clarissa S LONG or LAWN was born on the 8 February 1840 in Harrington, Washington, Maine, United States. She was the daughter of Baptist Lawn or LONG and Harriet Fickett. She was the couple's third child. ^[1]

Spouse

Clarissa's spouse was Winslow Gallison SMALL. A marriage record has yet to be found. The couple lived with their children in New Brunswick, Canada.

Married Life

Clara and Winslow were together in Cherryfield, Maine, 1860. Clara was 21 and Winslow was 27. He was a day labourer. Also in the household were Malcolm E. SMALL, 17, Irene SMALL, 51 and Maria J SMALL, 25, a school teacher. They were all born in Maine, USA. ^[2]

In 1901, Clara lived with her husband Winslow, and son, Harry M. in Saint James, Charlotte, New Brunswick, Canada. She was an American and her religion was Baptist. She had immigrated to Canada in 1862. Clara was 63 and married. ^[3]
