Biography
He was the son of John Laws. He passed away after 1785, when his brother wrote his will and before his father's March 1790 will, which refers to him as deceased.

May, or may not be a duplicate of Laws-426. We need to check the guardianship of Saxagotha and Amelia for more clues.
