Biography

Joseph Narcisse LeDoux was born May 15, 1851 in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana to Joseph Pierre and Mary Marcelain Vincent LeDoux. [1]

He married Ellen Vincent. Their marriage year is probably 1873. We have census records for Joseph Narcisse for the years 1900, 1910, and 1920.

Joseph and Ellen had children in their household during the censuses including from oldest to youngest: son Olivier, daughter Olevah, daughter Martildy, son Alexson, son Joseph M, son Tilly, son Valrie, son Francois, daughter Maggie M, and daughter Mary Allie. Also listed are grandsons Alvin (Elven) and Dewey LeDoux.

Joseph Narcisse LeDoux passed away on May 18, 1920 in Calcasieu Parish.
