Biography
JOAN A. GIRARD
Age 76, devoted wife and mother, died at her home in Weston, Florida, December 8, 2004, following a courageous battle with cancer. Surviving are her son, Jeffrey (Mary) Girard of Sylvania, Ohio; daughter Jody Gleason of Weston, FL; and grandchildren, Katherine, Brandon and Ashley. Preceding Joan in death were her husband, Earl "Jug" Girard, and brother, Jack Leddy. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., December 18, at St. Dennis Parish, 2200 E. 12 Mile Road, Royal Oak, MI
