Betty Jean Lee Rowe, 70, of Hilliard, passed away December 22, 2009. She was born in Hilliard, Florida to the late William Henry Lee and Nella Geneva Hodges Lee King. She was a member of Buford Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Lee Rowe and 2-Step-sons: Robert Larry Rowe and Tony Lee Rowe.
She is survived by her 6-sons: Ted (Becky) Johns, Mike Johns, Jackie “Sam” (Cindy) Johns, Chris (Cindy) Johns, Randy (Patricia) Johns, and Tony (Teri) Johns; a Step-Daughter: Roxann (Jimmy) Blackstock; a Step-son: Steven (Tammy) Rowe; 3-Sisters: Geneva (Roland) Smith, Joyce Lawson, Alice Lee; 2-Brothers: Troy (Kathy) Lee and Tommy Lee; 26-Grandchildren and 10-Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Thursday December 24 at 11:00 AM at River Road Baptist Church with Rev. James Conner and Rev. Hal McIntosh officiating. Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest book at www.nassaufh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Nassau Funeral Home in Callahan, Florida.
