Biography

Cader was born in Alabama in 1840. His parents were Tobias Lee and Elizabeth Severance. In 1860, the family was living in Dale County, Alabama.[1]

Cader Alexander Lee married Theodosia E Windham on 6 Sep 1866 in Dale County, Alabama. In 1870, the couple was living in Dale County, Alabama.[2] By 1880, they were residing in Georgiana, Butler, Alabama.[3]

By 1900, the couple had moved to Jackson County, Florida, where Cader was farming.[4] They were still ther in 1910, living in Graceville.[5]

Cader applied for a Florida Confederate Veterans Pension in 1909.[6]

Cader passed away in Oct 1910 in Florida. Burial was in the Marvin Chapel Cemetery, Graceville, Jackson County, Florida.[7]

His wife, Theodosia, applied for a Florida Confederate Veterans and Widows Pension in 1911. Their marriage information was given as part of the application.[8]
