Frederick Charles Leigh was born in 1893 in Sevenoaks, Kent, England, United Kingdom. He was the son of Alfred Leigh and Harriet Boakes.

Fred came to Australia with Percival William Leigh, Thomas William Leigh and Harriet Leigh on the ship "Orvieto" on 22 August 1910. [1]

He married Daisy Southwark Hunt on 14 Oct 1914 in Queensland, Australia. [2]

Frederick Charles Leigh died on 27 Dec 1938 and was buried in the Mount Morgan Cemetery, Mount Morgan, Queensland. [3] [4]
