Biography
Helena Leute was born in 1858 in Germany as her parents emmigrated from Germany in 1860. Her parents were Albert Leute and Elizabeth Aselborn
On 13 March 1878 Helena or Lena as she was known married John F. Klein at Dubuque, Iowa[1] The couple lived in Dubuque, Julien, Dubuque, Iowa and had three sons according to the Iowa State census of 1885[2]
In the 1895 Iowa State census Helena is married to F. Hermann Blickensdoerfer. Here also she has two of her first marriage children with her and one new daughter Annie[3] NOTE the age of William or Willie must be wrong as he would have been Twelve years old by this time.
She passed away in 1908[4].[5]
