Biography

Jennie Levens was born on 19 October 1882, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ^[1]

On 20 June 1904, she married Alexander Kennedy, probably in Philadelphia. They were married by George J. Burns. He was living at 2521 East Cumberland Street, Philadelphia (with William Kennedy), and was a boiler maker. She was living at 2980 Melvale Street, Philadelphia, and was a millhand. ^[1]

They had at least two children:

Alexander Kennedy (1906-1907)

Anna Marie Kennedy (1911-?)

Their son Alexander was buried with Alexander Senior's grandfather William Kennedy, in North Cedar Hill Cemetery, lot 122, Section S. ^[2]

Alexander died on 1 April 1955, in St Mary's Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was living at 2046 East Somerset Street, Philadelphia. She was the informant on the death certificate, and lived at the same address He died of generalized arteriosclerosis, with prostatic hypertrophy with renal failure failure contributing. On 5 April 1955, he was buried, in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. ^{[3] [4]}
