Sarah Bernice Lewis was born on January 21,1893, in Oregon.[1],[2],[3]
Sarah's father, William E. Lewis, was born in Oregon as well, but her mother Maude may have been born in either Oregon or Ohio.[3],[4] Sarah had several siblings, including Lenore (b. June 1894 in Oregon), Wilma (b. Feb 1896 in Oregon), Henry (b. Sep 1897 in Oregon), and Edith (b. Apr 1899 in Oregon).[4]
On May 18, 1910, when she was seventeen, Sarah married Earle A. Pack, who was nine years her elder.[1],[5] Lenore Lewis and Aubrey L. Haney witnessed the couple's marriage.[5] Her father William, and sister Lenore, witnessed the marriage.[1]
In 1918, Earle was farming and the couple was residing at RD#3 Parma, Canyon, Idaho.[6] In 1920, the couple was residing in The Roswell Precinct of Canyon County, Idaho, with their children Carle A. ("Carl"), Ollie, and Lennis.[7]
In 1930, the couple was living with their children on a farm in Apple Valley, Canyon County, Idaho.[3] The couple's children included Carle A., Ollie M., Lennis I., Roy A., John H., Ray O., and Jennie P.[3]
Sarah passed away on January 10, 1966, shortly before her seventy-third birthday.[2] She is buried with her husband Earl A. Pack in Roswell Cemetery, Roswell, Canyon County, Idaho, USA. [2]
