Biography

Richard was born in 1896, the son of Preston Lineberry and Ina Edwards. He was a professor of chemistry, teaching at Catawba College, North Carolina State University, and High Point College. He passed away in 1971.

Richard married Mabel Crumpler in 1926[1]and they had three children by 1940.[2]

In 1950 his mother-in-law was living in the household.[3] He died, after retiring to farm sheep and cattle, in 1971, and was buried at Rocky River.[4]
