Stewart William Locke was born on 01 Jun 1867^[1] in Tenterfield, New South Wales, Australia as the second child of John Lang Locke and Frances Kilmister. He had six siblings, namely: Walter Thomas, Alexander, Herbert Henry, Amy Ann, Robert Albert "Alberry", and John.

When he was 45, he married Rose Lamb, daughter of Marmaduke Lamb and Elizabeth, on 29 Jan 1913 in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia.^[2][3]

• Herbert William Robert Locke was born on 10 Jan 1914 in Mullumbimby, New South Wales, Australia. He died on 07 Oct 1968 in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia. He married Vera Alma Stiles in 1946 in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.
