She was named in the will of her mother Jane Locke dated 9 February 1570/71.[1]
She married, as his first wife, the Rev. John Bluett, vicar of Little Colan and Newlyn East in Cornwall. Her brother Zachary Lok in his will dated 29 January 1602/3 mentions his brother Blewett in Cornwall and gives a ring to 'each of his children by my sister Anne Lok'.[2] The Locke family already had a connection to Cornwall through the marriage of Anne's aunt Dorothy Locke to John Cosworth of Cosworth in Colan.
Anne was the mother of Colan Bluett who was cited in legal proceedings in 1617 as one of the heirs of his grandfather Michael Locke.[3][4]
John Bluett's second marriage probably took place about 1592, so Anne must have died shortly before.
