Lucy Lodge was born in 1824 in Little Laver, Essex. She was the daughter of James Lodge and Susan Forster[1].
In 1844 she married Rowland Robinson in Essex[2] and they had 8 children: Ann (b.1844), Charles Rowland (b.1846, d.1858), Walter (b.1851, d.1900), Rowland (b.1852, d.1900), John James Benjamin (b.1858, d.1934), Henry (b.1860, d.1907), George (b.1862, d.1864) and Richard (b.1864, d.1936).
After Rowland died in 1869 Lucy married Benjamin Buttle in Bethnal Green, Middlesex, in 1872[3][4].
Lucy died in 1898 in Abbot's Roothing, Essex,[5] and was buried in High Laver, Essex[6].
