Cecil was born in 1916 to Frank Lomman and Hertha Caroline Dorothea Axer ^[1]

In 1937, Cecil married Thelma Jessie Moseley. ^[2]

He passed away in 2006 at the age of 89^[3] and was interred at the Enfield Memorial Park at Clearview.^[4]

Cecil served in the Australian Army during WW2.^[5]
