Biography
Christian was the second son and second child (of 7) of Herman Long (1743-1804) and his first wife Anna (Hershey) Long (1742-1778).
Christian married Barbara Snavely Landis (Landis Valley family) in 1784. She was several years older than he. Together they had 3 children.
