Dotty was born about 1922. She is the daughter of Alva Longest and Ida Roberson.
In 1930 she was 8 and living with her parents and six siblilngs in Illinois. [1]
She married Robert Mills on 14 Dec 1941. He passed in 1970.
She married Harold F Pacha on 10 Feb 1977.
She passed in 2004. [2]
