Paul had a sister, Dollie Lowman (1911–1990).
Paul died on 19 Oct 1979 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 70. He was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.[1]
