Biography
George Lowman was born on April 17, 1809, in Pennsylvania. He was the son of George Lowman and Susannah Herman. He married Elizabeth Brandenburg on September 19, 1829, in Clark County, Ohio. They had seven children during their marriage. He died on October 31, 1862, in Jefferson, Michigan, at the age of 53, and was buried in LaGrange, Michigan.
