He was but a minor in 1680-1681, and hence not included in the Revolt lists; but he returned with the Reconquest, accompanied by his wife, Francisca Martin de Salazar. He was twenty-seven in 1693, [13]. As a company captain he took part in an Apache campaign in 1713, and was on the Governor's staff during the Moqui campaign of 1716, [14].
