Anna Elisabeth Lusch was born 9 Dec 1817 in Pawłowa, Poland, to Gottfried "Bogusław" Lusch and his wife Dorothea Elisabeth, née Leske. The entry reads:

Pawłowo Holendry: Anno 1817 a 11ma Xbris Ego Josephus Karashiewicz, Curatus Druzbicensis in absentia Parochi Kocieszeniensis Baptisavi Infantem Annam et Elisabetham natam a 9na ejusdem hora 9na nocturna, honestus Boguslai Luś et Dorothae de Leszkow Legitt. Conjug. Patrini fuere honestus Carolus Szulc et Agatha Kobernikowa virgo. Assistentes Joannes Hanka et Rosalia Wernerowa, omnes de Pawlowice. ^[1]

„Colony of Pawłowa: On 11 Dec 1817, I, Josephus Karashiewicz, Minister of Drużbice, in absence of the Pastor in Kocieszew, baptized a child, who was given the names Anna and Elisabeth, born on the 9th same month at 9 p.m. to the honest Bogusław Luś and his legitimate wife Dorothea, née Leszkow. Godparents were the honest Carolus Szulc and the maiden Agatha Kobernikowa. Witnesses were Johannes Hanka and Rosalia Wernerowa, all from Pawłowa.”

She died as little child 19 Sep 1818 in Pawłowa. The entry reads:

Pawłowo: Anno ut supra Die decima nona Septembris hora [??]ima noctu Obiit Infans Nomine Anna Elisabetha, filia Boguslai et Dorothae Lusiow, mensium deciem. ^[2]

„Pawłowa: In the year as above (1818) on 19 Sep at [??] in the night, died a child named Anna Elisabeth, daughter of Bogusław and Dorothea Luś , at the age of 10 months.
