Permilia was born in 1818. She was the daughter of Peter Lusk and Harriet Howell. She passed away in 1895.
In the 1850 census, Pernelia (age 31) was in Arcadia, Wayne, New York, United States. Living with her and her husband, William, was their daughter, Harriet (2) and Permelia's youngest brother, Christopher Columbus Lusk (17). Permelia and CC's father, Peter Lusk, died in 1839, when CC was just 6 years old.[1]
Permelia married Legrand J. C. Duncan on 26 July 1857 in Jackson, Oregon, United States.[2]
In the 1860 census, Pamelia (age 41) was in Jacksonville Precinct, Jackson, Oregon, United States.[3]
In the 1870 census, Permelia (age 52) was in Jackson, Oregon, United States.[4]
Permelia's son Wm B Thompson married Alice D. Atwood on 16 March 1870 in Caledonia, Trempealeau, Wisconsin, United States.[5]
In the 1880 census, Pernielia (age 61), Keeping House, was recorded as married in Jacksonville, Jackson, Oregon, United States.[6]
Permelia died on 21 November 1895 and was buried in Jacksonville, Jackson, Oregon, United States.[7]
