Percy was born in 1889. He was the son of William Luxford and Sarah Pearce. In 1920, Percy married Sophia Mary Jackson Hough. He passed away in Korumburra, Victoria, in 1957[1] and is buried in the Leongatha Cemetery.[2]
Percy served in the Australian Army (AIF) during WW1.[3]
