Ada was born April 15, 1884 in Kincardine, Bruce county, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of Alexander MacLean and Jeoni Bell.

She married Andrew Godfrey Blakely on November 9, 1909 in Manhattan, New York City, New York. She was age 25, single, born Kincardine, Ontario, Canada and her parents were Alexander MacLean and Jeoni Bell. He was age 44, single, born County Antrim, Ireland and his parents were Richard Blakely and Isabella Hinds.^[1]

Ada died on April 12, 1959 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles county, California.^{[2] [3]}
