Obituary:
TAPP, Clara (nee Malbeuf) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clara on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in her 100th year. Born on March 11, 1919 in Ituna, Sask., she was of Aboriginal and Scottish decent. A true pioneer, her father was a wheat thrasher and his work brought them all over Saskatchewan, but a large portion of her childhood was spent in Battleford, Sask. Our mother was kind, caring and selfless. She was our creator, our protector and our best friend. She will be deeply missed by her family, children Charles (Louise) Jimmy, Richard and her grandchildren Michelle, Clayton (Carrie) Stacy (Luigi) and Jason. Our mother was a deeply private person and as such we will not be holding a funeral or memorial service to honour her wishes.
