Background
Born at Richmond in Surrey, James Mann was son of Edward Louisa Mann. [1] He was educated at St John's College, Cambridge entering on the 10th of April 1780 and matriculating in 1781.[1]
At St George Hanover Square on the 5th of June 1786 he married Lucy Mann, daughter of Sir Horatio Mann [2][1] and his wife, Lucy Noel.
Death
He died on 15 January 1838.
