Andrew Manners was born in County Durham, England.
Andrew Manners of Lambton was baptised at St. Mary and St. Cuthbert, Chester-le-Street, on 27 July 1740 and was the eighth son of Jonathan Manners and Eleanor Taylor.[1]
May have died in infancy.
