Edith (Mantripp) Heyhoe was born in Norfolk, England.

Edith was born in 1869^[1]. She was the daughter of Joseph Mantripp. In 1871, she was living with her parents in Swaffham^[2]. In 1881 she was with her mother^[3] and in 1891, with her father^[4]. Edith married Herbert Heyhoe in 1898^[5][6]. In 1901 and 1911, they were living in Swaffham^[7][8]. She passed away in 1956^[9] and is buried in Brandon Road Cemetery, Swaffham.
