Biography
Victor was born in 1916. He is the son of Timothy Markley and Louise Graff.
In 1920, Timothy and Louise Markley lived in Hood River, Oregon, with children Robert, Elizabeth and Victor.[1] They were also there in 1930[2].
In 1940, children Robert and Victor still lived with Timothy and Louise in Hood River County, Oregon.[3]
In 1950, Victor and wife Mary K. lived in the District of Columbia.[4]
Robert passed away in 1996.[5]
