Caleb Marland was baptized at St. Michael in Ashton-under-Lyne on Aug 19 1599. He was the son of John Marland and Elizabeth Slater Marland. He married Mary Ratcliffe and his children were Mary Marland, John Marland, Sara Ratcliffe Marland, Caleb Marland, and Joshua Marland.
