Biography
Joseph Martel died young.
Joseph was the son of Louis Martel and Louise Beaumont. He was born 10 July 1852 and baptized the same day in St-Raymond, Québec. His godparents were Charles Tapin and Sophie Gauthier de Varennes.[1]
Joseph was almost two years old when he died 15 April 1854. He was buried two days later in St-Raymond.[2]
Notes
He is referred to as Joseph Martel in his baptism record and Charles Martel in his burial record. A sibling Joseph was born and baptized a few weeks after this child's death.
