Biography

Birth

Caroline was baptised at St Mary the Virgin, Hampstead Norris, Berkshire on 15th October 1820.[1] She was the daughter of William and Sarah.

Marriage

Charles Martin and Caroline Kent were married at St Laurence, Reading, Berkshire on 26th May 1844.[2] They were both of full age. Charles was living at 4 Abbey Street, working as a stonemason and the son of John Martin. Caroline was living at 7 Abbey street and was the daughter of William Kent. The witnesses to the marriage were Mark Wiggins and Ann Maria Martin.[3]
