Biography
Mary was born on 5 January 1840 at Central Swan, Western Australia.[1] She was the daughter of William Martin and Lucy Cook.
She married James York Forward on 15 May 1862 in Northam.[2][3] They had three children, with Mary dying from complications due to the birth of her third child.
Mary died at Northam on 5 February 1866.[4][5]
