Biography
Alice Evans Mason Elston
was the youngest of three daughters born to John Wiinston Mason and Alice Bonney Mason. She moved at an early age with her family to Johnson City, TN and Pine Bluff, AR before arriving in Enterprise, MS and living most of her childhood and high school days there. She was the widow of Lewis William Elston (who she called Pete) and the mother of Lewis Winston Elston (Winston) her only child.
