The will of the late Nathaniel F Mathews, who resided in Buffalo, was presented for probate in the county court yesterday. The will bequeaths to the widow, Mary H. Mathews, all the household goods, one-third of the money, the homestead in Buffalo during her lifetime, and a one-third interest in 800 acres of land. To each of his children, Frank Mathews, Belle M. Ellington, Robert S., George and Norman Mathews, is given 169 acres of land, with the provision that each heir must be thirty-five years old before he or she can sell or transfer the property.
