Evelyn was born in 1908. ^[1] She is the daughter of Milton May and Jeannette Simon. Evelyn married George Levitt in 1932. ^[2] Evelyn died in 1998 ^[3] and was buried at Temple of Aaron Cemetery in Roseville, NY. ^[4]
