Biography

Malinda Emeline was the eldest child of John McAdoo and Mary Ann Gibbs, born in 1816, at Island Ford. In 1833 "Emma" married Robert Marrow of Jacksborough TN, the son of William and Isabella (Mebane) Morrow. Their son, Dr William Morrow (1839) became the State Treasurer for Tennessee and married Elizabeth Saunders Luttrell ^[1]of Knoxville on 29 Oct 1861^[2][3]
