Hugh McAteer and Isabella Bertram, of Downpatrick, were married on 12 May 1860.^[1]

In 1901, Hugh Mc Ateer, 60, was living in house 34 in Nelson Street (St. Anne's, Antrim) along with his wife Isabella Mc Ateer, 57. Their children, Isabella Mc Ateer, 23, and Hugh Mc Ateer, 32, were also living with them. ^[2]

Hugh Mcateer, 66, of Belfast, died in 1909.^[3]
