Biography

Mr. McCarty was a pioneer and dairyman from the valley originally from Minnesota. His wife was Margaret Quinlan McCarty with son Joseph. He was president of the Dairy League in El Paso. He is the son of Andrew McCarty and Mary Fogerty. [1]
