Pengilly, of Forbes Road, and Kenneth John, second son of Mr. and Mrs. F. McClintock of Canowindra Road, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony bv Rev. Fr. Nolan. The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Mr. C. Haydon, was daintily attired in a bridal gown and train of white satin, with a cut tulle veil falling gracefully from a spray of frangipani. (The veil was kindly lent by Mrs. C.Douglas.)Her sister, Miss Elaine Pengilly, was bridesmaid. She wore a pretty frock of pink net and lace over pink taffeta. Her waist-length veil of pink tulle was gathered to a headress of flowers to tone. Beautiful bouquets of white and pink blossoms were carried by the bride and her maid. Mr. Jim McClintock brother of the bridegroom, carried out the best man's duties. After the ceremony, the reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. P. Sloan where the attractively arranged tables had been prepared by Misses G. and H. Sloan. The two-tier wedding cake was made by two sisters of the bridegroom, Miss Iris McClintock and Mrs. W. Nash. Later in the day Mr. and Mrs. K. McClintock entrained for Katoomba where the honeymoon is to be spent.
