He married Celise Fontenot, daughter of Lucas Fontento and Marie Vidrine, on 24 Sep. 1838 the marriage was recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]
He was a planter when he and Celise appeared on the census of 21 Oct 1850 in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. [2]
