Thomas McEldowney was born in Jan 1888 in Kentucky, United States, son of Francis M McEldowney (1834–1907) and Sarah E Hamm (~1863– ).
In the 1900 census Thomas (age 12), Student, was the son of Frank McEldowny in Pine Grove, Rowan, Kentucky.[1]
