Biography

Elizebeth M Brunt was enumerated as wife at Northeast, Beat No. 2, Attala County, Mississippi for the June 21, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as keeping house, born 1842 in Georgia and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self George W Brunt, daughter Ella E Brunt, daughter Mary E Brunt, son Thomas Brunt, daughter Lula Brunt, daughter Nancy Brunt, daughter Luvinia Brunt and other Mack Upchurch.^[1]

Elizabeth Brunt was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Beat 2, Liberty Chapel, Attala County, Mississippi for the June 8, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born July 1844 in Georgia and had been married forty-three years. She was the mother of ten children of which all were still living as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head George W Brunt, daughter Georgia L Brunt, daughter Exie Brunt, son Odis N Brunt, son George A Brunt and hired Jessee May.^[2]
