Biography
Rachel was born in 1713. She first married Capt. John Wilkins, an Indian trader who owned 500 acres adjoining the Howard land. He died in 1741. She then married John Ramsey who died before 1751. The then married Gordon Howard on 1751-04-16.[1] She passed away in 1794.
