Biography

Beatrice was born about 1900 in Belledune, New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of John and Mary McGovern of New Brunswick.

In 1915, Beatrice McGovern married Frank Killoran in Newton City, Massachusetts, USA. Beatrice and Frank were both born in New Brunswick. At the time, Frank was working as a chauffeur and living in Boston, Massachusetts. [1]

In the 1921 Census of Canada for Durham, New Brunswick, Frank and Beatrice were listed with three small children who were all born in the U.S. and who moved to Canada in 1919: Frances, Margaret and Cyrille/Orville(?). [2] Frank and Beatrice were farming and were living only a couple of households from John and Mary McGovern, of an age to be Beatrice's parents.
